Storrs Facilities
This page provides information for our Storrs Facilities, housed in the Zachs Fine Arts Administration Building. Other studios in Bishop and on Stamford campus are under the purview of the Department of Digital Media and Design.
Our recording studio provides users with acoustic dampening and a monitoring system for audio recording, engineering, and production needs.
Users may use a variety of microphones and hardware. Please see an inventory list here (under construction).
Our computer lab is ideal to hold courses or for those needing a workspace outside of the larger studio. Some computers are provided while other tabletop stations provide space for your own laptop and equipment.
One teaching station and twelve workstations are available:
- Each workstation contains a Relevator io24 I/O USB interface, MIDI or USB piano keyboard, and headphones.
- Three workstations: Dell Optiplex
